I'm looking for hte Dragon Armour set, someone told me that it isn't in Ventari's Dell any more. Just wondering if it is still there or if it has actually been changed.

seems a few have been changed. Druid armour for the ranger used to be available in Old Ascalon but now I haven't seen it and since then I've been up to Yaks Bend as well...

Guess we'll find them all eventually

If that's the high-level stuff, try finishing the three quests from Augury Rock. That should get you the stuff you're looking for. At least, that's what I've been told.
